Adrian Villella

A skilled urban planner, Adrian has over 10 years of professional consultancy experience across various property sectors. He has worked on numerous planning and urban design projects throughout New South Wales and Western Australia, and exhibits a broad range of strategic and statutory planning experience. Since joining Urbis in 2008, Adrian has specialised in state and regionally significant projects including residential, commercial and government related developments. He has played a key role in the project management and delivery of land use planning and development outcomes. Adrian is primarily involved in managing large multi-disciplinary projects and the development advocacy of large scale projects, both of local and regional significance. He adopts a highly forensic, research based and bespoke approach to generating and considering information and developing thought out strategies to achieve results for clients.
