Andrew Kinnaird is an experienced valuer and expert witness, recognised for his commercial insight and clear advice. Andrew has more than 24 years experience in the valuation of residential and employment development properties and all other major classes of real estate. He acts for a wide range of clients at Urbis and advises on all aspects of valuation, including compensation assessments, development and infrastructure contribution plans, Windfall Gains Tax, Rating and taxation, affordable housing, feasibilities and cash flows (Estate Master Certified) asset and mortgage valuations.
