Billy Rebakis

Billy is a results driven town planner who specialises in central city planning. Combining strong relationships with key government decision makers and a highly developed technical skillset, Billy’s ability to deliver results is outstanding. Billy joined Urbis in 2017, having previously worked as a town planner with the City of Melbourne for a number of years. His career highlights to date include delivering approvals for major residential developments at 17 Spring Street, Melbourne and 87-127 Queens Bridge Street, Southbank.
