Emie is an experienced advisor with over a decade of experience in city and precinct strategy, real estate advisory and property valuation.Emie has a depth of practical experience in large-scale precinct strategy and delivery within the context of a transformative, state-significant infrastructure and urban renewal project.
This 18-month role, which included a secondment into the client team has equipped her with a capability to navigate uncertainty and competing interests within complex organisational structures and with diverse stakeholders.
Emie also provides advice relating to precinct investment strategy and asset optimisation within both mixed-use and knowledge and innovation precincts, including for a fund with over $14bn of assets under management.
Emie possesses a unique understanding of both real estate value drivers and precinct strategy and implementation, providing advice that balances commercial outcomes with long-term public benefit and legacy planning at the precinct scale.
