Associate Director

Erin is a qualified urban planner and Associate Director who specialises in project positioning, pre-purchase due diligence, and approval strategy. She also takes a leading role in the preparation and management of development applications across a range of project scales and complexities. Additionally, Erin has assisted with the provision of due-diligence advice for some of the largest and most complex asset transactions in Queensland.
She is passionate about guiding clients through the complexities of the planning system, by developing practical and effective approval strategies for complex developments.
She is also regularly involved in Planning and Environment Court and Land Court proceedings, including acting as an independent expert witness for both public and private sector clients.
