Erin is a development professional with over 10 years of experience spanning urban planning, development management and project roles. She has a strong skill set in project management and led complex land development projects in the industrial, residential, commercial and government industry sectors. Erin has experience providing complex due diligence and planning pathway advice. She has coordinated planning proposals, development applications and Part 5 assessments across a range of sectors on behalf of her clients, adding value through this process by fostering positive working relationships with key stakeholders. She enjoys working with clients and consultant teams to navigate complex planning issues. Her passion for creating great places is reflected in her approach to negotiating quality outcomes which balance community, environmental and commercial objectives.
