Ivan Hill is an accomplished valuer and expert on the Queensland property market. He has more than 20 years’ experience in valuation and has worked for leading real estate firms in Australia, including Jones Lang LaSalle. He also brings insights from his time in Southeast Asia, where he worked for Colliers International and Equinix Inc. Ivan is a trusted advisor to a wide range of institutional and private clients, including Lendlease, Westpac, Brisbane Airport and Westfield. He provides valuation and rental advice that is clear and astute, drawing on his extensive experience in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. His career highlights include undertaking feasibility and valuation assignments for major retail properties in Dubai, Hong Kong and Australia; preparing the Queensland portfolio valuations for the listing of the Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust in Singapore; and assisting ISPT in acquiring four retail centres in Queensland.
