Julian works with government and for-purpose clients to create positive social impact. He leverages 20+ years of experience in public policy and strategy to help define complex problems and identify opportunities for clients to drive change.
He supports clients to explore and understand their strategic environment, to conceptualise and develop viable interventions policies and programs, to build roadmaps for successful implementation of change, and to measure and communicate their impact to stakeholders.
With highly diverse education, health and human services sector experience, Julian brings a truly intersectional lens to the most challenging social issues. He has worked extensively in First Nations policy, early childhood development, education and skills, workforce development, health and wellbeing, disability and inclusion, law and justice.
