Kris Nolan

As Regional Director, Kris Nolan leads the Urbis WA office. Kris has over 20 years of experience as a planner and advisor to Western Australia’s property industry across all sectors A proud and parochial sandgroper, Kris’ knowledge and experience spans the vast state of Western Australia. He is as comfortable and capable in delivering timely outcomes for international retailers on major shopping centre redevelopments as he is working with indigenous communities in the state’s far North on critical housing and health projects. Kris’ current focus areas lie in housing and precincts. He is an active member of UDIA(WA) and has sat on various committees for over 10years, advocating for better planning for a better Western Australia. Leading an office of approx. 70 property professionals, Kris thrives on getting the best out of team members and in turn, the best outcomes for Urbis clients.
