Melissa is a collaborative and enthusiastic leader, an integral part of productive executive leadership teams and an experienced manager of a variety of successful, multi-disciplinary business functions. She has extensive experience collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders, steering corporate change, acquisition and integration projects, crafting and implementing business development initiatives, running holistic communications campaigns and managing strategic client relationship and engagement programs. Melissa has worked across a broad range of industry sectors with a focus on infrastructure and the built environment, net zero and energy transformation, placemaking, government, transport and technology. Before joining Urbis she work with WSP, the world’s leading consulting engineers, and Deloitte. She has worked with consulting, design, legal, engineering, accounting, advisory and communication professionals in both the middle and top tiers of the market. She has around 25 years experience in marketing, strategy, work winning, client experience and business development and has a deep understanding of the drivers of revenue, profit and success.
