Nicholas Moore is a Partner at Urbis and a Certified Practising Valuer with expertise in property dispute resolution and asset advisory, with experience in Australia and the UK.
Nicholas joined Urbis in 2007 and advises clients on compulsory acquisition matters, property litigation disputes and rental submissions and determinations.
He is also regularly engaged by private owners, government and educational institutions to assist in highest and best use assessments, value capture initiatives and transaction management assignments – both acquisition and divestment.
Nicholas is a former Chairman of the Australian Property Institute (API) (Victoria) Standards Committee and a former Divisional Board Member of the API. He is passionate about helping clients achieve outstanding property related outcomes, with experience working across most asset classes.
His recent experience includes working as one of the lead valuers for the State Government on the Melbourne Airport Rail Link, North East Link and Melbourne Metro Project. Equally, he is regularly sought and retained to represent Claimants with current and past experience on the Suburban Rail Loop Project, Barwon Heads Road duplication, West Gate Tunnel Project, East West Link, Regional Rail Link and various Level Crossing Removals.
Aside from providing expert evidence, Nicholas’ advisory work has included various transaction management roles, rental determinations and highest and best use advisory assignments.
