Poppy Wise

Poppy is a highly experienced public policy consultant who partners with clients to enhance the outcomes of their policies, strategies, programs, and services. Leading Urbis’ family and community services practice, Poppy has deep expertise in designing and implementing large and complex policy design and evaluation projects. Her work includes developing national and statewide strategies, program and policy evaluations, and stakeholder research. Poppy's technical expertise and focus on human services have seen her manage some of Urbis’ largest and most sensitive policy projects for the NSW, VIC, and Commonwealth Governments. She often collaborates with First Nations organisations and other subject matter experts across the community and aademic sectors to ensure cultural safety and tailored insights. Poppy has worked across various policy areas within family and community services. She is particularly interested in strategic and system-level interventions that improve outcomes for individuals, from client-facing programs to workforce development and social impact-led funding innovation.
