Rahul is a recognised leader in shaping dynamic urban environments. His approach combines his deep understanding of urban planning with real estate economics to derive sustainable solutions for his clients. Over the last 25 years, he has worked on award-winning, master plans and urban strategies across Asia, the Middle East, and USA. His portfolio of work includes urban infill and redevelopments, industrial parks, transit-oriented and mixed-use developments, waterfronts, new town planning, airport cities, and placemaking strategies. In addition to his consulting work, Rahul is a regular speaker at real estate conferences and has taught in the Master of Urban Planning program at the National University of Singapore. Before joining Cistri, Rahul held senior roles at AECOM, HOK, and SmithGroup.
