Epworth Freemasons, East Melbourne – Stage 2

Following the successful completion of the redevelopment of Stage 1 (comprising a 9-storey cancer centre), we secured a planning permit for the Stage 2 redevelopment of Epworth Freemasons, East Melbourne.

This project is set to deliver a state of the art, cohesive and integrated health facility suitable to meet contemporary standards.

The new 11-storey extension approved as part of Stage 2 will seamlessly connect with existing facilities to enhance the hospital’s current functionality, completing the Epworth Precinct.

The redevelopment allows for a fully realised healthcare precinct as part of the growing Epworth service offerings.

We successfully led the planning process, delivering a planning permit for the overall development within eight months of lodgement, with unanimous support from Council.
