Phil Gleeson

Phil Gleeson is a Town Planner who works across all sectors and is recognised for his expertise in aged care. Phil regularly manages complex, large-scale projects for his clients. With a background in local government and private consultancy, he is adept at navigating Melbourne’s complex planning laws. He has coordinated applications for both planning permits and planning scheme amendments, and represented clients at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Planning Panels Victoria. Phil has advised on a range of residential and commercial projects – everything from multi-dwelling residential developments to office towers and shopping centres. Phil holds a Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, and is a member of the Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association.
