We are proud to have been ranked first in Urban Planning for graduate employers by Prosple in 2026.

Prosple connects university students and graduates with employers through early career roles such as internships and graduate programs. Urbis partnered with Prosple in 2025 and has been a consistent early careers employer of choice across multiple disciplines, coming first for the Urban Planning career pathway this year.

This achievement reflects the strength of our planning practice and the opportunities we’re committed to offering emerging leaders. We are passionate about helping students find their footing in urban consultancy and we have an ongoing commitment to the consistent evolution and improvement of our early careers experience.

“We are invested in the growth of our emerging professionals, helping them bridge the gap between completing their studies and entering the workforce,” says Ashley Lane, Partner.

“We feel a great responsibility to nurture the next generation of urban planners, welcoming them into our collaborative and inclusive culture, while also consistently improving our early careers experience to ensure a great experience for current and future interns.”
