As we reach the end of the financial year, we’re pleased to recognise a new group of colleagues whose promotions reflect the impact they’re making across our business. Each promotion acknowledges consistent performance and a strong commitment to shaping better outcomes for clients and communities.
This year’s EOFY promotions also highlight the breadth of talent across the business, regardless of location or those working flexibly. The promoted group includes part‑time team members, a colleague on parental leave, and a strong gender balance across states, recognising contributions from across our multidisciplinary business. These promotions reinforce our commitment to providing growth opportunities for all employees.
